Certified in Holistic Health, Integrative Nutrition, and as a Usui Reiki Master, my work is rooted in connection, healing, and intentional well-being. With a 15-year background creating meaningful events, building partnerships, and fostering community, I love blending structure and soul to help others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and trust their own intuition.
While organization and attention to detail come naturally to me, motherhood has deepened my practice of trusting the (sometimes messy) magic of life's unfolding, inspiring how I live and create.
As a survivor, I'm also an advocate for domestic violence awareness.
In many ways, it's where it all began.
